About William Whitehead

William Whitehead is a partner in Carey Olsen Jersey’s property team. He is an experienced real estate lawyer who specialises in commercial property and regulatory matters. His areas of expertise include real estate acquisition and disposal (including leasehold structures), and advising on construction, infrastructure and development projects. Will acts for a number of international investors, local businesses and financial institutions. He is regularly instructed on commercial real estate financing transactions, and provides local procurement, planning and regulatory advice on development, infrastructure and construction projects. He also advises on property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals including due diligence reviews and reports on property interests.
