About Tobias Kilde

Tobias Kilde is associated with Kvale’s maritime and offshore department and primarily works on legal matters related to shipping, offshore, and insurance, assisting both national and international clients. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, including in litigation before the Norwegian courts, as well as enforcement proceedings, interim measures, and arrests. He handles cross-border disputes and regularly assists with the enforcement of international claims in both Norway and abroad. Tobias also advises on contract negotiations and provides compliance and anti-corruption counsel. He has a master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen.
