About Todd Deveau

Todd Deveau works in all areas of intellectual property law, with a focus on trade mark law. He has prosecuted trade mark and design applications worldwide. He has also prosecuted patent applications in chemical, biochemical, mechanical, and electrical technologies. Todd is experienced in intellectual property litigation matters and has successfully litigated as lead counsel in patent matters, trade mark, trade dress, copyright and trade secret matters, including computer software, unfair competition, and counterfeiting matters. Todd has served as an arbitrator on both single and multi-panel arbitrations and has served as a special master and a mediator to assist the United States District Court.
