About Tom Callaby

Tom Callaby is a partner at CMS and an expert in UK and EU financial services regulation. He specialises in banking and financial markets regulation and covers all major areas of regulatory compliance and prudential regulation affecting investment firms, banks, fund managers and life insurers. Tom regularly advises on M&A, securities, derivatives, and complex commercial transactions in the regulated sector. His practice also covers advising financial and non-financial firms on the legal and regulatory issues arising out of commodities trading. Tom is a member of the Financial Markets Law Committee’s scoping forums and has in-house experience at a major US investment bank.
