About Tom Goff

Tom Goff is an experienced corporate lawyer specialising in venture capital transactions. His work involves advising all stakeholders in the productive economy ecosystem, from funds and high net worth business angels, to the founders and entrepreneurs who make things happen. Tom is laser-focused on ensuring all parties to a venture are fully aligned on maximising success. He has undergraduate degrees in both Artificial Intelligence and Law. Having spent his early career in software development, more recently Tom worked as a Senior Investment Manager at the British Business Bank, closing and managing direct investments for the British Government’s National Security Strategic Infrastructure Fund.
