About Tomaž Ilešič

Tomaž Ilešič is a senior partner and head of the Competition department at Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners. With over two decades of practice, he is widely regarded as one of Slovenia’s most prominent competition lawyers, with particularly deep expertise in the pharmaceutical sector built through sustained advisory work for major international pharmaceutical companies across competition, regulatory and compliance matters. He has led the defence of clients in significant proceedings before the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency and the European Commission, and regularly advises on the competition dimensions of complex corporate transactions. He also maintains an active regulatory and litigation practice before Slovenian courts and authorities.
