About Tony Nguyen

Tony Nguyen is the founding partner of EPLegal and a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Vietnam and England and Wales, with rights of audience before the High Court of Justice of England and Wales. With over 20 years of experience, he is consistently recognised by Chambers and Partners, among other major legal directories, as a leading lawyer in energy and infrastructure. He advises on project development, project finance, M&A, EPC/EPIC contracts and renewable energy projects, including solar, wind and hydropower. Dr Nguyen is the first Vietnamese Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and holds leadership positions at VIAC, VMC, VIArb and VIFCA.
