About Torsten Sauer

Torsten Sauer is the managing partner of Norton Rose Fulbright Luxembourg SCS. Torsten established and leads the Luxembourg real estate, private equity, corporate and M&A practices, driving their growth both domestically and internationally over recent years. His cross-border practice spans a wide range of industries, strategies and regions. Torsten has significant experience advising leading real estate market participants, asset managers, hedge funds, listed multinationals and major financial institutions on corporate law, governance matters, public and private M&A, private equity and corporate finance transactions. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
