About Tadgh Kelly

Tadgh Kelly is a practising solicitor and commercial litigation underwriter specialising in legal expenses insurance and litigation risk. He is a board director of Temple Legal Protection Europe SRL and leads the group’s EU expansion strategy, including regulatory engagement with European regulators and the structuring of EU passporting insurance distribution models. With over 17 years’ experience as a practising solicitor, Tadgh brings a practitioner-led perspective to the design of ATE insurance products, particularly in complex commercial and cross-border claims involving litigation funders on a pan-European basis.
