About Tamara Simić Pajović

Tamara Simić Pajović is the founder and managing partner of T-S Legal. Tamara heads the banking and finance department, working with leading Serbian banks such as OTP, NLB Komercijalna, and UniCredit. She oversees client portfolio management and has led NPL projects exceeding EUR35 million. She is responsible for the firm’s overall strategic direction, including supervision of daily operations and development of new client strategies. In addition, she manages the firm’s regional business, focusing on growth, efficiency, and strengthening long-term client relationships across markets.
