About Tananan Thammakiat

Tananan Thammakiat is a partner at Chandler Mori Hamada, specialising in real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate, and corporate and M&A. She has represented major clients in the establishment and capital increases of numerous major REITs and property funds for public offerings (PFPOs), a structure similar to REITs, and on the conversion of PFPOs into REITs, including domestic and international offerings. Tananan also has experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions of listed and non-listed companies, for both domestic and cross-border transactions.
