About Tania Forichon

Tania Forichon is an associate in the disputes practice of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, based in Dubai. Tania acts for clients on a range of complex commercial and fraud disputes across multiple forums, including the DIFC, ADGM and English Courts and international arbitration tribunals. Her practice has a particular focus on investigations, tracing misappropriated assets and obtaining critical interim applications, including time-sensitive injunctions (anti-suit, freezing), security for costs, evidence preservation orders and third-party disclosure orders. She also regularly advises clients on white-collar crime matters. Prior to relocating to Dubai, Tania trained and practised at an international law firm in London.
