About Tania Forichon

Tania Forichon is an associate in the disputes practice of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Middle East, based in Dubai. Tania has experience acting for clients on a range of complex commercial and fraud disputes before the courts as well as international arbitral tribunals. She has expertise in advising clients on white-collar crime matters, tracing misappropriated assets and obtaining critical interim applications, including time-sensitive injunctions (anti-suit, freezing), security for costs, evidence preservation orders and third-party disclosure orders. Prior to relocating to Dubai, Tania trained and practised at an international law firm in London.
