About Teresa Salinas
Teresa Salinas
is counsel of the employment department of Eversheds Sutherland in the Madrid office. Teresa specialises in advising national and international clients in labour and social security matters. Throughout her career she has participated in the design and implementation of restructuring and flexibility procedures, including dialogue and negotiation with workers' representatives. In addition, she has solid experience in the judicial defence of companies before all instances of social jurisdiction.
