About Teresa Mattioli

Teresa Mattioli is part of Orrick’s Italian Financial Services Regulatory practice at the Milan office. She focuses on financial and banking regulation, with a focus on wealth and asset management (provision of investment services and asset management activities). She has also gained experience in relation to transactions between financial regulated entities and in fund formation. Teresa also has deep knowledge of the fintech sector and regulation, notably of cryptocurrency exchanges. She has a PhD in Business Law and teaches fintech and financial markets regulation on LLM courses at Politecnico di Milano and Sole24Ore Formazione.
