His broad M&A and corporate law practice includes corporate deals, asset transactions, fundraising processes, IPOs, private placements and restructurings. Thomas has been advising energy and tech companies on a range of issues, including a substantial number of licence/asset transactions on the NCS. His practice includes capital markets/ECM, venture capital and cross-border M&A projects. Thomas often advises companies in their growth phase and in regard to their international expansion from Norway, as well as investors coming into the Norwegian market.
