About Thomas H. Segars

Thomas H. Segars is the head of Ellis & Winters’ trial and litigation practice. He litigates a variety of complex business disputes. Tom currently serves as an editor of six state chapters of the ABA’s forthcoming Sixth Edition of the State Antitrust Practice and Statutes treatise. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Board of Governors, a two-time Chair of its Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Section, and the 2024 recipient of that Section’s Distinguished Service Award.
