About Thomas Weitemeyer

Thomas Weitemeyer is a founder of Moalem Weitemeyer and the firm’s managing partner, and he co-leads the firm’s dispute resolution team. He represents clients in complex litigation and arbitration, with a strong focus on disputes arising from M&A transactions, management/D&O liability and corporate commercial conflicts. In recent years, he has also been actively involved in competition infringement matters. Thomas has rights of audience before the Danish Supreme Court. He is a certified arbitrator and acts as an appointed arbitrator, including in proceedings arising from M&A transactions, shareholder disagreements and corporate commercial disputes.
