Before entering legal finance, Tiana spent a decade as managing partner of a leading international law firm’s Shanghai office, representing global clients in high-stakes litigation, regulatory investigations, and crisis management before US federal and state courts, including DOJ and SEC matters. Her background in financial fraud, antitrust, white-collar defence and mass torts underpins her strategic approach to funding high-value disputes.
