About Tihana Posavec Vlašić

Tihana Posavec Vlašić is a founder and partner of PVM. She advises and represents clients on complex energy and construction projects, with particular expertise in electricity, gas, LNG and renewable energy. Her experience includes work on the establishment and operation of electricity exchange; the LNG terminal; wind and solar projects; the structuring, negotiation and drafting of PPAs; and gas transmission and storage infrastructure. She is valued for combining detailed knowledge of Croatia’s regulated energy markets with practical, commercially focused advice throughout the life cycle of complex infrastructure and energy projects. Tihana graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb and has been admitted to the Croatian Bar Association since 2007.
