About Tijmen Noordoven

Tijmen Noordoven is a managing partner of Rutgers & Posch. He is a Certified Pension Lawyer (CPL) and specialises in employment law and pension law, including remuneration policy and legislation. He has extensive experience assisting Dutch and international companies with the employment law aspects of reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, and co-determination processes. Tijmen previously worked at Kennedy Van der Laan and DLA Piper. He is a member of the editorial board of Bedrijfsjuridische Berichten and a board member of the Amsterdam Employment Lawyers Association.
