About Tim Grasser

Tim Grasser has 20 years of experience advising private equity sponsors, venture capital investors and other clients on M&A and complex commercial transactions. He has substantial in-house and private practice experience serving as lead counsel on complex transactions, including Regulation D offerings of debt and equity securities, minority investments and strategic commercial agreements. Tim has also led acquisitions and high-volume/high-velocity M&A roll-up strategies for private equity investors, including 35+ deals totalling more than USD1.5 billion in value in recent years. Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, he served as senior in-house counsel at two medical device manufacturers. He is a member of Maynard Nexsen’s private markets practice group in the Dallas office.
