About Timothy Finley

Timothy Finley is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s antitrust & competition practice. He is a first-chair trial lawyer with decades of experience leading high-stakes cases. An 18-year DOJ veteran, he served as an Assistant Director and has acted as lead counsel in many actions that successfully enforced antitrust and consumer protection laws. He has received a Special Commendation from DOJ leadership for his first-chair trial work, as well as the Attorney General’s Award for Fraud Prevention. At the Antitrust Division, he was a recipient of the John Marshall Award, the DOJ’s highest award for performance in litigation.
