About Tina Liu

Tina Liu specialises in complex commercial transactions, cross-border supply chains and regulatory compliance in the life sciences, biotechnology and FMCG sectors. She co-leads Tompkins Wake’s pharmaceutical, biotechnology and data protection practice, advising multinational pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech companies on commercial strategy and New Zealand regulatory requirements. Her work includes structuring distribution channels for dietary supplements in China, negotiating international supply agreements for manufacturers, advising on agricultural joint ventures and supporting competition and regulatory compliance for dietary supplements, nutraceuticals and therapeutic products. Tina also advises on product recalls, IP licensing and international sales agency arrangements.
