About Tunahan Eyüboğlu

Tunahan Eyüboğlu holds an LLM from Freie Universität Berlin in European and International Business and Regulatory Law. He leads Eyüboğlu & Büyükatak Attorneys at Law’s data protection and labour law practices, advising multinational clients on compliance, employment disputes and regulatory strategy. Since 2019, he has managed over 30 compliance projects covering KVKK, e-commerce and IT law across hospitality, retail, telecom and logistics sectors. He regularly represents foreign investors in labour negotiations and high-value settlements exceeding USD1 million. He also advises international logistics and retail companies on company establishment, licensing and ongoing regulatory matters, providing weekly in-house legal support to key clients.
