About Vaishnavi Vyas

Vaishnavi Vyas is a member of the corporate team at JSA, and her key areas of practice include private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory. She has been involved in advising clients on all aspects of transactions – deal structuring from an Indian legal and regulatory perspective, due diligence, documentation, and closing. Vaishnavi is also routinely involved in advising clients on diverse legal matters relating to foreign direct investment, corporate and commercial law. Since she began practising law in 2021, Vaishnavi has developed a strong skill set in high-value and complex transactions.
