His professional practice is mainly concentrated on advisory and litigation in the tax and legal administrative areas in a wide range of sectors and transactions, representing domestic and international clients. He litigates complex matters before federal and state administrative and tax courts, and carries out constitutional actions at the level of the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico. He is highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution proceedings and has handled complex tax cases before the tax authorities and the Mexican Tax Ombudsman. Valentin also leads the firm’s Fintech Law practice and teaches fintech law at the Universidad Panamericana and Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. Additionally, he has lectured on tax and fintech law in the private and public sectors, including the Ministry of Finance.
