Valeriia Odarchenko is a senior associate at ARZINGER and an attorney-at-law with more than seven years of legal experience. She advises Ukrainian and international companies, as well as non-governmental organisations, on commercial law, antitrust matters and regulatory compliance across various industries. Valeriia regularly supports clients in antitrust investigations and proceedings before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and advises on anti-corruption, business ethics and compliance issues. She has significant experience in highly regulated sectors, particularly pharmaceuticals and healthcare, where regulatory requirements closely intersect with business operations and strategy. Valeriia is a member of the AIJA, the Ukrainian Bar Association, and the ACC Healthcare Committee in Ukraine.
