About Vanessa Bouchara

Vanessa Bouchara is the founding partner of Cabinet Bouchara & Avocats. Her focus is on intellectual property law and information technology law, both of which she studied at the University of Paris Panthéon Assas and at the University of Queen Mary and Westfield College, London. Admitted to the Paris Bar, she is a member of APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles – Association of Practitioners of Trademarks and Design Law), INTA (International Trademark Association) and FFF (Fédération Française de la Franchise – French Franchise Federation). In 2023, she was elected co-ordinator of the College of Experts of the FFF, of which she has been a member for several years in her capacity as a specialist in intellectual property law. She has written and published many articles on intellectual property matters.
