About Vedran Obradović

Vedran Obradović is a partner at LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte. Prior to this, he led the office of the Austrian Takeover Commission for over two years. He also worked for several years at a renowned law firm in Vienna and as an assistant at the Institute for Civil and Corporate Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Graz. His practice focuses on corporate and M&A transactions, as well as capital markets and stock exchange law, with a particular emphasis on M&A transactions. He also regularly lectures and publishes on his areas of expertise. Vedran holds an M&A certificate from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions & Alliances and New York Institute of Finance.
