About Verónica Regalado

Verónica Regalado is the Director of the Special Procedures Department at VIVANCO & VIVANCO, and the firm’s Andean Hub Co-ordinator. With nearly two decades of experience, her practice focuses on corporate law, advising companies and family groups, including family offices, on the structuring, organisation and protection of their assets and businesses. She complements her practice with experience in corporate governance, having served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Banco del Austro (2014–2018) and as Director of VGV Corporate since 2011. Verónica holds a law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and completed post-graduate studies at Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar.
