About Vicente Rosenfeld

Vicente Rosenfeld has more than 20 years’ experience in technology-driven and complex IP litigation, with a particular focus on SEPs. He is joint co-ordinator of the complex litigation team at Montaury Pimenta, and regularly advises and represents domestic and international clients in high-stakes SEP disputes before Brazilian courts. Vicente has significant experience in matters involving ICT, automotive and other regulated industries, advising on SEP enforcement and defence strategies, FRAND-related issues and the interaction between patent, competition and regulatory law. He also brings valuable strategic insight from his prior in-house experience, including involvement in the development of major legislative and regulatory frameworks in Brazil relevant to technology-intensive sectors.
