About Victoria Mertikopoulou

Victoria Mertikopoulou co-heads Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm’s competition and antitrust practice. She has over 25 years’ experience in competition/antitrust law and served as a board member (Commissioner-Rapporteur) of the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) until 2019. Victoria represents international and Greek clients before the European Commission, the HCC and other competent authorities and courts in antitrust cases, investigations and cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Her practice focuses on all types of antitrust and competition procedures, including leniency, settlement, commitments, merger control and dawn raids. She also advises clients under the foreign direct investment (FDI) screening regime and Digital Services Act (DSA). Victoria is consistently ranked in leading legal directories.
