About Victoria Nordenberg

Victoria Nordenberg is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s corporate, tech, IP and compliance practice group. She advises Swedish and international clients across a wide range of industries, and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements, transformation and integration projects, strategic and innovative collaborations and procurements, as well as drafting and negotiating other complex commercial agreements. In addition, Victoria has significant experience working with cybersecurity, protective security and digital communications regulation. Victoria joined the firm in 2016 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. She holds an LLM degree from the University of Uppsala.
