About Victoria Mertikopoulou

Victoria Mertikopoulou is a competition law partner with over 25 years’ experience in competition/antitrust law, having served as a board member of the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) until 2019. She represents international and Greek clients before the HCC and other competent authorities and courts in significant antitrust cases. Her practice focuses on all types of antitrust procedures, including leniency, settlement, commitments, merger control and dawn raids/investigations. She advises clients under the recently enacted foreign direct investment screening regime and regarding Digital Services Act (DSA) implementation and compliance matters. She has assisted market leaders (global and Greek) across all sectors in competition and antitrust investigations. She is consistently ranked in leading international legal directories.
