About Virginia Kokios

Virginia Kokios is a senior associate at AP Legal, with many years of experience in various legal fields, advising both national and international clients. She has a particular focus on media and IP law – advising clients on press issues and authors’/publishers’ rights, as well as on matters concerning collective management organisations – and a recent focus on energy law, following new developments in the Greek and European market. Virginia has detailed knowledge of corporate law, advising both national and international clients on compliance issues, General Data Protection Regulation/personal data, e-commerce, advertising, commercial practices, AI/the EU AI Act and the implementation of related EU directives.
