In her role as Continental Europe Knowledge Counsel at A&O Shearman, she develops and maintains the firm’s know-how resources, monitors emerging EU regulatory developments, and provides expert guidance on EU data and tech matters. Her background includes leading GDPR, AI, and cybersecurity compliance projects for clients in financial services, retail, e-commerce, and healthcare; advising on cross-border advertising, consumer protection, and product labelling; drafting and negotiating IT, software development, and IP licensing agreements; representing clients before the EUIPO and national courts; and designing and delivering client training, webinars, and industry workshops.
