About Víctor Fabregat Rubiol

Víctor Fabregat Rubiol is a partner and head of the real estate and urban planning department at Fabregat Perulles Sales Abogados. With more than 30 years of experience, he advises domestic and international investors, developers, family offices and multinational corporations on complex real estate, planning and construction matters. His practice covers the full development cycle, including acquisitions, planning strategies, development agreements, financing, leasing and disposals. He has advised on major projects including the Roca City urban project, the redevelopment of central Cornellà de Llobregat and multiple planning schemes within Barcelona’s 22@ Innovation District. He is vice-president of the Spanish-German Association of Jurists.
