Xiaoshan Chen
is the China head of international arbitration at DLA Piper. He is the key point of contact for DLA Piper’s China-related international commercial arbitration. He is experienced in handling international arbitration both inside and outside of Mainland China, before institutions such as BIAC, CIETAC, HKIAC, SHIAC and SIAC, and has expertise in handling disputes covering areas such as construction, joint ventures, energy, shipping and shipbuilding.
