About Xinjie Li

Xinjie Li focuses his practice on corporate compliance, data privacy, and foreign direct investment. He conducts internal investigations for multinational companies, including those concerning vendors and company employee conflicts of interest, self-dealing, the UK Bribery Act, and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In addition, Mr Li often counsels clients on compliance matters relating to cybersecurity and data and personal information protection. He also advises multinational companies on their investments, acquisitions and daily business operations in China.
