Yapa Thepkanjana is an EU regulatory and disputes lawyer based in Brussels, advising multinationals, financial institutions, foreign states and public-sector bodies. Her practice spans EU dispute resolution (particularly sanctions litigation) as well as digital, sustainability, ESG, pharmaceuticals, food and international trade regulation. She represents clients before the EU General Court and EU institutions, including in sanctions delisting procedures before the Council of the EU.
