About Yasen Toshev
Yasen Toshev
is an associate in the banking and finance service line. He advises international clients on a broad range of financing transactions and financial regulatory matters. He also has experience in various corporate and M&A matters, with a special focus on M&A transactions involving financial institutions. He has particular experience advising international financial institutions on the structuring and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Bulgaria. Yasen is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
