About Yi-Jiun Su

Yi-Jiun Su is a partner at Lee and Li Attorneys-at-Law. She has experience in handling the various legal aspects of energy projects, real property conveyancing, corporate investment, international engineering and construction works, corporate investment and dispute resolution. Yi-Jiun represents developers, equity funds and contractors in matters concerning tender processes and government procurement projects; investment in and the development, construction and operation of renewable energy and thermal IPP projects; infrastructure projects and conveyancing of large-scale commercial real property projects. She also assists energy project developers in all aspects of share transfers and project agreements, including EPC contracts and O&M agreements.
