About Yifeng LAI

Yifeng LAI is a Peking University graduate and a senior partner at DeHeng Shenzhen. With 20 years in law, he has developed extensive experience in providing both litigation and non-litigation legal services related to real estate, such as real estate project development, co-operation, mergers and acquisitions, financing and debt restructuring. Lai is currently an arbitrator at Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration, a legal expert for the Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen, and a senior consultant for the Shenzhen Urban Renewal Development Enterprises Chamber of Commerce. Lai also holds qualifications as a Bankruptcy Administrator of Guangdong Province, an independent director of a listed company, and a fund manager.
