About Yumiko Soto

Yumiko Soto is an associate in the Trade Marks department at Arochi & Lindner Mexico. She advises clients on trade mark protection, prosecution, portfolio management and branding strategies, as well as licensing, assignment, coexistence and collaboration agreements. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including food and beverages, fashion, luxury goods, publishing and transportation. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has developed significant expertise in both national and international trade mark matters and is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
