About Yusuke Takamiya

Yusuke Takamiya is an antitrust partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto; the International Competition Network’s non-governmental adviser to the JFTC; and former researcher at the Competition Policy Research Centre of the JFTC. Mr Takamiya provides a wide range of legal advice on antitrust/competition laws such as merger controls, cartel/leniency matters, unilateral conducts and unfair trade practices. Mr Takamiya also has significant expertise on cases requiring multilateral responses (eg, the EU, the US and China), and regularly collaborates with major international law firms around the world.
