About Yves Hénaff d’Estrées

Yves Hénaff d’Estrées is managing partner at HENAFF D’ESTREES, and a member of both the Paris and New York Bars. He has over 30 years’ experience in counsel and litigation relating to aviation and aircraft finance. He is vice-president of the French Society of Air and Space Law, as well as the chairman of its Committee on Aircraft. He is a former president of the international network Eurolegal. Mr Hénaff d’Estrées contributes to a wide range of legal publications in the field of aviation. He has also lectured in business law and corporate and bankruptcy law at the University of Paris I, Pantheon Sorbonne.
