About Zdeněk Husták

Zdeněk Husták is the BBH partner heading regulation and compliance, having in-depth legal expertise in financial markets and services, corporate compliance, ESG, personal data protection and cybersecurity, a member of several Czech banking and ethics committees, and an arbitrator with the Arbitration Court of the Economic and Agricultural Chambers of Czech Republic. Zdeněk served as a board member of the Czech SEC and a member of the advisory stakeholders’ committees to EBA and EIOPA. Zdeněk is widely published and lectures at conferences and seminars, as well as reading Financial Law at the Faculty of Law in Brno.
