About Zhang Yunyan

Zhang Yunyan is a senior and managing partner at Beijing Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm and serves as an independent director of several listed companies. She is a Yale Innovation Fellow, a Senior Compliance Specialist and recognised specialist in the digital economy, and she holds a PhD from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her practice focuses on digital economy regulation, corporate compliance, technology law and the governance of listed companies. She regularly advises domestic and multinational enterprises on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and legal issues arising from digital transformation and emerging technologies.
