About Zheyuan Jin

Zheyuan Jin has extensive experience in investment in – and the development, construction and financing of – real estate and infrastructure. Mr Jin represents project owners including local governments, real estate developers, manufacturing enterprises and project financiers, providing both contentious and non-contentious legal services across all stages of real estate development, including financing, sales and M&A. His work covers a wide range of project types, including residential and commercial real estate, long-term rental apartments, logistics facilities, industrial parks and urban renewal projects. Mr Jin also participated in the review and revision of China’s Construction Law in 2020.
